His two decades long association with the Government (Indian Air Force) has coincided with the beginning of economic liberalization initiatives. With his untiring efforts and personal initiatives, Mr. Mohapatra has made the innovation and entrepreneurship programme during his service career a much sought after programme by the individual entrepreneurs as well as by the industry and technological circles. Mr. Mohapatra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamraj University, Management in Finance & HR from IIMA, LLB from Utkal University and has registered as an Advocate in Odisha State Bar Council.
